At V3NOM, every item is made-to-order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or buyer’s remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives:

damaged
defective
misprinted
incorrect
or significantly different from what was ordered

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

your order number
clear photos of the product
a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

a complimentary replacement item, or
a refund where a replacement is not possible

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

We work closely with our production partners to ensure premium-quality printing and product consistency. However, slight colour variations may occur due to:

screen settings
lighting
printing processes
material differences

Minor colour variations are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

RETURNED TO SENDER

Orders returned due to:

incorrect shipping addresses
failed delivery attempts
unclaimed packages

may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
